In 2020 I was accepted by a pair of foxes that live in the wild and our friendship grew so that I could be as close as they wanted. I have photographed, filmed and written several books about them. My relationship with them is so privileged that I have been able to observe them at close quarters without them being concerned about my presence, but if they spot anyone else she will always run and he will either hide behind me or beat a hasty retreat.
